Japanese ambassador to Chile presents book to coincide with earthquake tsunami



The Japanese Ambassador to Chile, Wataru Hayashi, today unveiled a book that warns of the danger posed by tsunamis to the civilian population, the same day that his country was an earthquake of magnitude 8.8 on the scale of the tsunami Richtery.
