The AA have launched a new credit card aimed at motorists. The card comes with all the features you would expect to get from a regular credit card, but also incorporates a range of benefits designed to alleviate the cost of motoring. Some of the features on the AA credit card include:
0% on balance transfers until November 2010 (2.99% fee), 0% on card purchases of motoring, fuel and AA products until November 2010, AA Reward Points on your everyday card purchases, and double points on motoring, fuel and AA products.
With AA Reward Points, you can purchase a range of motoring products and services, including AA Home & Car Insurance, or choose to treat yourself with a day or night out.
The AA offers an internet banking facility that allows you to manage your card online, so you can check your balance, transactions, view your pin or opt for paperless statements, as well as paying your bill and requesting for a credit limit increase, credit card chequebook, PIN and more.
You can also have up to three additional cardholders on your account at no extra charge.
Every purchase you make using your AA Credit Card will earn you reward points. When paying for any motoring purchases such as servicing, tyres, MOTs, repairs and fuel, you can earn double points. You can earn even more points if you are a member of the AA, with 1 point for every pound spent, and 2 points for every pound spent on motoring.
You can redeem your points for a wide range of products and services including AA Home or Car Insurance, AA Travel Books and other AA products, or if you prefer you can have them converted into cash back.
The AA Credit Card is issued by MBNA Europe Bank Limited, so if you already own a credit card that is issued by MBNA then you cannot apply for this card.
